1) Management - Strong and experienced management team headed by its CEO Mr. Bill Koutsobinas. The Company’s history of operating in China for over thirty years has yielded a long list of relationships with both key government officials and business leaders. These relationships culminated in a long list of supply agreements with reputable manufacturers in key industries that manufacture the Eurospeed products.

2) Quality Product - To ensure that the quality of our products is aligned with the International Organization for Standardization, our factory has obtained ISO9001:2000 certification. Our distribution centers have highly skilled management teams to ensure that every program is performing optimally and provide valuable business analysis data. Furthermore some of our products have attained 92/61/EEC Vehicle Type Approval, and we are continuing to develop our products to meet that standard.

3) Product Warranties & Liability Insurance - All of Eurospeed’s quality products are backed with up to a three year limited warranty on parts and labor. Remuneration or repair will be provided directly through a network of service centers for our Eurospeed products. Eurospeed is one of the first to offer product liability insurance on products from China. This gives the dealer and distributor the assurance that Eurospeed stands behind its products.

4) Market Demand for Eurospeed’s Product - In the U.S. and all across the globe the current economic conditions, specifically the volatile cost of gasoline and tight credit, is pushing the demand, by both consumers and dealers alike, for small fuel efficient vehicles. Having products that can deliver up to 80 miles per gallon will keep the demand for our products strong now and in the future. The introduction in 2009 of our electric powered products at very competitive prices will solidify our position in the marketplace.

5) Parts and Accessories - Eurospeed has a “just in time” distribution of parts and accessories with the most reputable manufacturers and suppliers. Together with our rapid 24/7 delivery system we will make parts and accessories a strong back up contributing to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
